Asher who came out on E!News after speaking publicly about his support for American Idol winner, Clay Aiken. Asher, who was recently rumored to be dropped from his SRC Label, is currently living in a gay section of New York, and "loving life".

Asher who had a recent beef with star Spencer Spratt of the MTV show, "The Hills", is trying to find himself, find a new label, and get ready to release his sophomore album on indie distribution.

Pleasure P has been exposed to be a repeat child molester and the poor victims were only age 3 and age 4, his own niece and nephew!

You may remember Pleasure P left “Pretty Ricky” in 2007 but the group and management had actually kicked him out of the group after learning of his child molestation.

You may wonder why the child molestation charges are just now being revealed… and it boils down to unpaid legal bills.

Necole Bitchie received a letter about Pleasure P:

"I know you heard a lot about the whole “Pretty Rickey/Pleasure P” child molestation drama. Well I am VERY close to the situation and BOTH parties and I want you to understand that it is ALL true. Not speculation or anything. He was convicted. The problem lies in Blue Star Entertainment, the label that housed and groomed Pretty Ricky. They paid a substantial amount of money to have these documents sealed back in 2006. The label wanted to keep the aura of Pleasure in the group and figured since he was signed basically for life that they would recoup the cost. Well, this was not the case as the other members of Pretty Ricky started separating themselves from Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper as time went on. This eventually lead to them riding in separate cars to shows, arguing amongst themselves to them even jumping him (Pleasure P) at one point. This lead to him leaving the group but he is still very much contracted to Blue Stars Entertainment for 5 albums.

Here’s what happened: When he was 16 going on 17, he was left alone with his niece and nephew with whom he touched and penetrated with fingers on several occasions. His aunt noticed his niece complaining of her genital area hurting, when asked what happened she replied “Uncle Marcus keeps touching me and he hurt me”. Of course Marcus (Pleasure P) denied the allegations but the doctor found signs that she had vaginal damage and tearing. Charges were then pursued by the State of Florida.

The incident happened in 2004 going into 2005. He served like 8 months, rehab and community service by time the trial came up. Marcus accepted a plea with the State of Florida and Joseph Smith who is the care giver of the niece and nephew which Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper molested. These are not the only papers filed against him. These are the first of 3. As part of the plea agreement Marcus plead guilty and paid an “undisclosed amount” to remain free and have the records “sealed” and on the family level for them to remain quiet and not to speak publicly about it. The “sealed document” means nothing other than “we won’t tell anyone it’s here..but if they find it they can have it” basically. The problem also is that Attorney Goldstein (Who represented Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper in the trial) has a daughter named Laura Goldstein who is also her fathers assistant. Marcus Cooper never completed his payments after the hearing to his attorney.

Attorney Goldstein tried to reach out to Marcus only to be told “Don’t call this phone no more” on several occasions. This caused frustration on Attorney Goldstein’s ends due to the time & effort he put into this “special plea bargain” he negotiated that I don’t think ANY attorney could have done. After Attorney Goldstein threatened to sue Marcus Cooper the “alleged threats” became real from Coopers end. I have personally heard these messages and I know who they are from and they are very disturbing. Especially to an attorney who can use them against you.

Laura Goldstein felt her father was not doing enough to stop the threats as they began to increase so she took to twitter (her twitter is @AGoldsteinGirl) to “expose” Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper in a way that was sure to make him “go away”. Now all the documents from the initial hearing have been released and there is plenty more evidence out there I assure you. Everyone involved including Spectacular (Pretty Ricky) have commented via twitter on the documents in shock thinking they would never get out.

The next problem is whether Laura Goldsteins father will have to pay the ultimate price of getting disbarred for breaking Attorney Client Privilege or will it be deemed public domain? I don’t know, but I do know both parties and its about to get ugly. I will keep you up to speed if anything else jumps off."

RICHMOND, Va. – Singer Chris Brown cleared weeds and debris at police horse stables in Virginia on Wednesday for the first day of his 180-day court-ordered community service for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown worked along with two others who were serving probation, clearing tall weeds and brush by hand and with yard tools. Additional officers were on hand, but only a few fans and television crews gathered nearby.

Dressed in an orange vest, white tank top, baggy jeans and red baseball cap, Brown did not speak to the media but he waved to fans who saw him working.

Brown's schedule, including work hours and days, will be flexible, and he will be performing different types of manual labor, Richmond Police spokesman Gene Lepley said. Police will not reveal when or where Brown will be working in hopes of avoiding security and logistical problems, he said.

"We'll just take a look at it day by day and certainly would ask for the cooperation of the public and Chris' fans so that he is able to satisfy the work requirements," Lepley said.

Brown must pay for the extra guards who work while he is performing community service.

The 20-year-old was sentenced in California last month to five years' probation, six months of community labor and a year of domestic violence counseling for the February attack.

He is performing the labor and undergoing counseling in Richmond, near his home in Montpelier.
Brown begins his 8-hour work day at 8:00 AM when a Department of Corrections bus picks him up, along with 30-40 other offenders. Brown will wear a reflective orange vest and pick up trash and litter along highways and roads. He’ll also have to trim brush along medians, remove gang graffiti from the VCU campus, and wash the inside and outside of law enforcement vehicles. Richmond City Councilman Doug Conner says Brown will be kept “under the watchful eye of a supervisor” to make sure he doesn’t cut any corners.

Later this month, "The Simpsons" will jump into its 21st season with yet another entry in the fantastic "Treehouse of Horror" franchise. To celebrate the upcoming milestone and to pay respects to some great hip-hop icons, Format and Moxy Creative have teamed up to produce a series of limited-edition posters that depict 10 famous rappers "Simpsonized." The results are pretty great. As you can see in the posse shot below, some real heavy hitters are represented: Biggie Smalls, Tupac, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Kanye West, Flavor Flav, Andre 3000, Eminem, Eazy-E and Fat Joe have all been converted into cartoon versions of their former selves.
In addition to the posse poster, each MC gets his own individual poster, complete with a customized "O" in the "No Homer" logo (a clever play on the hip-hop catchphrase "No homo"). Kanye gets the shriveled heart from the 808s & Heartbreak cover, while Flav gets a giant clock and Slim Shady gets a pill.

Though "The Simpsons" has featured dozens of guest stars from the music world during its long run, very few rappers have actually shown up on the show (50 Cent famously made a cameo a few years back). While these posters aren't endorsed by the show, let's hope it's a catalyst for getting a few more hot lyricists actually animated and into the program. Knowing what his real world counterpart is capable of, can you imagine what cartoon Weezy would do? Make it happen, Al Jean!

Whitney Houston has dampened expectations of her much-anticipated comeback after singing with a hoarse and cracking voice during her first public performance in years.

The belting force and staggering range of her heyday were nowhere to be seen with Houston, 46, pointing the microphone at the crowd each time high notes approached and apologising for her rasping performance.

She told the 5,000-strong crowd gathered in New York’s Central Park, to see her promote her first studio album in six years, that an interview with chat show queen Oprah Winfrey had damaged her voice.

“I'm so sorry. I did Oprah. I've been talking for so long. I talked so much, my voice... I shouldn't be talking. I should be singing.”

Filmed for a Good Morning America episode that went to air in the US yesterday, the concert calls into question recent predictions that the singer could be back to form after the end of her tumultuous marriage to Bobby Brown and an arduous battle with drug addiction.

Critics had been warm about, if not truly excited by, the onetime Bodyguard star’s I Looked To You, released in the US this week.

The Washington Post called the album “a finely calibrated, just-modern-enough mix of mom-friendly club bangers and dauntless ballads”, while The New York Times decided: “She’s tentatively climbing back into the pop machinery, no longer invincible but showing a diva’s determination.”

Houston’s disappointing live show, which saw her sing four songs, is the latest in a long line of problems faced by the singer.

Pop’s golden girl during the Eighties, she tamed charts around the world with the hits How Will I Know and Greatest Love of All, before going on to win six Grammy Awards.

In 1992 she starred opposite Kevin Costner in the box office hit film The Bodyguard, gleaming a string of hits, including I Will Always Love You, from the soundtrack.

But after marrying R & B singer Brown the same year, she began making headlines for the wrong reasons. Rumours of drug and marital problems swirled and the singer failed to appear at a string of high-profile appearances, including the 2000 Academy Awards.

Efforts to rescue her reputation backfired, with an interview by Dianne Sawyer, in which the singer famously denied drug allegations by professing “crack is whack”, proving especially damaging.

After divorcing Brown in 2007, she resumed public appearances and announced plans to make her first studio album in six years.

She is expected to reveal details of her long battle with drugs for the first time in The Oprah Winfrey Show interview, being billed as “"the most anticipated music interview of the decade”, scheduled to screen in the US on September 14.

I Looked To You is released in the UK on October 19.
